Copy and pasting from one file to the other is easily avoided! An app can wait for new data to arrive in a specified folder and automatically treat it based on a script. This way, relevant information is extracted, calculations applied, results (incl. figures) produced and saved in a folder or database. Depending on data volume and calculations, this can happen within a few seconds per file.
