From spreadsheets to one tool
A desktop tool that brings water filtration test results and records into one place, so the team spends its time on the work, not the paperwork.
The problem
Ecomemb gives a second life to used reverse osmosis membranes (industrial water filters). Every filter is tested, and the results and records (thousands of data per day) lived in several spreadsheets that had to be kept up to date manually.
What we built
SWIFT4DATA built a Windows desktop tool that the team runs on their own PC. It replaces the manual spreadsheet work with a few simple steps.
- One place for the data: test results and records are kept together and can be traced at any time.
- Ready-made reports and plans in the company's own templates.
- Standard Windows installer with automatic backups.
The result
The tool has been in use at Ecomemb since 2023 and saves the team about 8 hours every week.
