From spreadsheet to monthly report
A small Windows tool that turns a measurement spreadsheet into the monthly report in the client's own Word layout, with averages, charts and incidents included.
The problem
Telwesa runs and monitors water treatment equipment for its clients and reports on it every month.
Every month the team collected the readings from a spreadsheet, made the plots by hand and pasted everything into a Word document. It was the same repetitive work again and again.
What we built
SWIFT4DATA built a report generator that runs on the client's own PC and opens in the browser. The user uploads the relevant files in the interface, selects the month, and the report is generated automatically.
- Averages, charts and incidents filled straight into the client's own Word template.
- Standard Windows installer. No administrator rights or Docker needed.
The result
The monthly report now comes out in one step and in the client's own layout: no data collecting, no hand-made plots, no pasting into Word.
